Affirmations

Affirmations are positive & deliberate statements that are repeated to oneself to instil or reinforce a thought, a belief or an intention. When done regularly with a pure intention; they can bring about significant positive changes in life.
Affirmations can become Reality!
Benefits of practising Affirmations:
Gives a break from the routine and monotonous thought pattern.
Offer a different outlook to the situations and problems.
May help us calm down.
Improves mood & performance.
Can help bring us to the present moment.
Helps in breaking negative thought patterns.
WLE Tip
Write your affirmations in the first person ( I, me, my, myself, etc.).
Affirmations should be short and simple (if possible) making them easy to practise.
Avoid using negative words such as ‘no’, ‘not’, ‘never’, ‘don’t’, ‘won’t’.
