Togetherness refers to the times spent with family and loved ones, with a pure intention of enjoying those moments to the fullest with happiness, harmony, bonding and fun. As humans we are born to bond with the people around us, for the most basic instinct of survival.

WLE Tip

Start with small steps. Reserve one day a week to spend time with your family and plan some activities such as playing board games, watching a movie, playing sports, etc.

Try to communicate openly with your family (at least as much as possible) and allow them to be open too!

Be there for your friends, as they will be there for you when you need them the most.

Start getting in touch with long-lost friends, who knows how it turns out to be. Just try!
