Visualisation which is a technique (used for law of attraction) of consciously creating strong mental images about how you envision your future and how you position yourself in various circumstances. It focuses the mind on what we want.
Basically visualisation is a technique to use our imagination effectively instead of destructively. It is a powerful way to manifest your thoughts into a beautiful reality.

Sit and ponder upon what you really want in life, and write your goals & wishes down in the present tense:
Then close your eyes and create mental pictures of your wishes coming true!
Try visualise the smallest details while doing so (eg. if you visualise your dream house think of the colour of the walls, type of furniture, etc.).
Create a vision board – Stick pictures, magazine cutouts, or sketch or write what you want to accomplish.
Look at your goal board each day with a positive mindset and imagine that it has already been accomplished.
